Terms & Conditions

By requesting, scheduling, or paying for any delivery service through Peyelis Logistics & Delivery ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Peyelis Logistics & Delivery offers same-day courier services, including:

• Same-Day Delivery
• Medical Courier Services
• Business Courier Services
• Catering Delivery

Service availability depends on driver availability, weather conditions, road conditions, and other operational factors.

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Ensure items are properly packaged for transportation.
• Provide accurate contact information for pickup and delivery recipients.
• Be available during the scheduled pickup and delivery times.
• Notify us immediately of any changes to delivery instructions.

Customers are responsible for all information submitted when placing an order.

Customers may not request transportation of:

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
• Firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials.
• Stolen property.
• Live animals (unless specifically approved).
• Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals unless agreed upon in writing.
• Any item prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any delivery at its sole discretion.

Delivery charges are calculated based on applicable factors including:

• Delivery type
• Distance
• Rush scheduling
• After-hours service
• Package weight (where applicable)
• Catering order value (for catering deliveries)
• Additional stops
• Wait time
• Optional services

All pricing is displayed before payment and is subject to customer approval.

Payment is required before driver dispatch unless a written business account agreement provides otherwise.

Accepted payment methods include approved online payment options offered through the website.

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in suspension of services and collection efforts.

Estimated pickup and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service has been specifically purchased.

Delays may occur due to:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Road closures
• Mechanical issues
• Customer delays
• Events beyond our reasonable control

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its control.

Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at pickup and delivery locations.

Additional wait time may result in additional charges.

If the customer or recipient cannot be reached, the driver may cancel the delivery or return the item at the customer's expense.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

• The recipient is unavailable
• The address is incorrect
• Access is denied
• The customer cannot be reached

Additional fees may apply for return trips or redelivery.

Medical courier services are provided in accordance with customer instructions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all transported items are properly packaged, labeled, and legally authorized for transport.

Peyelis Logistics & Delivery does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or healthcare services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that food orders are complete and ready for pickup.

Drivers transport food as received from the restaurant or caterer and are not responsible for food preparation, quality, missing items, or incorrect orders prepared by the restaurant or caterer.

Drivers may refuse to transport any package that appears unsafe, leaking, improperly packaged, or prohibited by law or Company policy.

Drivers have the right to refuse service if they reasonably believe a situation presents a safety risk.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Threatening behavior
• Harassment
• Unsafe locations
• Dangerous weather
• Aggressive animals
• Illegal activity

No refunds will be provided when service is refused due to safety concerns.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peyelis Logistics & Delivery shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Delays outside our control
• Missed appointments
• Emotional distress

Our maximum liability for loss or damage shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific delivery unless otherwise required by law.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.

Supporting documentation may be required before any claim is reviewed.

Customers agree not to:

• Abuse or harass drivers.
• Use fraudulent payment methods.
• Provide false information.
• Request illegal deliveries.
• Interfere with driver safety.

Violation of these terms may result in permanent suspension of services.

Drivers performing deliveries through Peyelis Logistics & Delivery may be independent contractors or employees, depending on applicable agreements.

Customers acknowledge that drivers are authorized representatives for the purpose of completing assigned deliveries.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, public emergencies, labor disputes, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.

Customer information is used solely to provide delivery services, process payments, communicate regarding orders, and comply with legal obligations.

Peyelis Logistics & Delivery reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Company's website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
