Business Account Service Agreement

This Business Account Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Peyelis Logistics and Delivery ("Company") and any business customer approved for recurring or invoiced delivery services ("Client").

1.Purpose

This Agreement governs businesses that require recurring, scheduled, or high-volume delivery services including:

  • Medical facilities
  • Law firms
  • Restaurants and caterers
  • Corporate offices
  • Retail businesses

2.Account Approval

Business accounts are subject to approval. The Company reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny any application
  • Set credit or payment limits
  • Require upfront deposits
  • Modify service availability

3.Services Included

Business accounts may access:

  • Same-Day Delivery
  • Medical Courier Services
  • Business Document Delivery
  • Catering Logistics Support
  • Scheduled Route Deliveries

4.Pricing Structure

Business clients agree to pricing based on:

  • Distance
  • Delivery type
  • Service urgency
  • Volume of deliveries
  • Additional services requested

Discounted rates may be offered based on monthly volume but are not guaranteed unless written in a separate pricing addendum.

5.Billing Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments are due upon invoice receipt
  • Late payments may incur service suspension
  • The Company may require prepayment for high-risk accounts

6.Payment Methods

Accepted methods may include:

  • Credit/debit card
  • ACH transfer
  • Online payment portal
  • Approved invoicing systems

7.Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of service
  • Late fees
  • Account termination
  • Collection actions

8.Service Scheduling

Business clients may request:

  • Scheduled pickups
  • Recurring delivery routes
  • Priority dispatch

All scheduling is subject to driver availability.

9.Service Level Expectations

While the Company strives for timely delivery, all delivery times are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.

10.Cancellation Policy

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • Fees
  • Reduced service priority
  • Account termination

11.Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific delivery in question.

The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages including:

  • Lost revenue
  • Operational delays
  • Missed business deadlines

12.Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.

The Company may terminate immediately for:

  • Non-payment
  • Fraud
  • Abuse of services
  • Unsafe conditions

13.Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
